IS THE DAILY CELEBRATION OF THE EUCHARIST,
FROM WHICH ALL ELSE FLOWS. Silent prayer before the Blessed Sacrament and the sung Liturgy of the Hours punctuate our day and give it form.  The icon cross from the little church of San Damiano in Assisi which inspired Saint Francis in 1206 and before which Clare herself prayed for forty years is still a source of joy and inspiration for us 800 years later.
